Manual activation & delivery

All we64.com products are digital (API access). There is no physical shipping. Your API key + base URL + usage docs are sent to your WhatsApp and your registered email after manual activation — typically within a few hours during business hours (Mon-Sat 9AM-9PM IST). Complex tiers or bulk orders may take up to 24 working hours. We don't do instant auto-activation — every key is hand-checked before delivery.

Refunds & replacements

Since all products are digital, refunds and replacements are decision-based on fair usage. If your key doesn't work as described (wrong model, broken endpoint, persistent 5xx, rate-limit below spec), contact us within 3 days of activation for replacement or refund based on fair-usage assessment. Refunds are NOT issued for fair-use violations, abusive workloads, or buyer's-remorse after the key has been used. Support is available for the full subscription period (weekly or monthly) — you're not left stranded.

Every model on we64.com runs on infrastructure and data centers located in China. Requests and the content you send to the API pass through servers there. We don't control or audit that infrastructure ourselves — we provide access to it.

This is fine for most everyday use — coding help, drafting, general chat, experimentation. But if you're working with highly confidential, regulated, or sensitive data (client data, health records, trade secrets, government or legal work), we'd honestly recommend using an official provider with data-residency guarantees in your own region instead.

What does 'unlimited tokens' actually mean?
It means you pay a flat weekly or monthly fee and you can call the model as much as you want — no per-token metering, no surprise bills. There is a fair-use ceiling to prevent abuse, but for any normal application, API agent, or chatbot workload you will never hit it.
What plans are available?
Each model on we64.com is offered as both a Weekly plan (7 days) and a Monthly plan (30 days). Both are flat-rate unlimited tokens. Weekly is great for short projects / trials. Monthly is better for ongoing workloads. Switch between them on the product page to see the price update.
How do I order an API key?
Pick a model, pick a plan (weekly or monthly), click "Chat on WhatsApp". Send us the product name + plan + link, confirm with our team, pay via Bank transfer / Wise / PayNow (Singapore) / UPI (India), and we send your API key + base URL + usage docs to your WhatsApp + email after manual activation. For pre-sale questions, email [email protected] instead.
How long does activation take?
Activation is manual — we hand-check every key before delivery. Typically within a few hours during business hours (Mon-Sat 9AM-9PM IST). Complex tiers or bulk orders may take up to 24 working hours. Why is there no checkout button?
For fast launch we skipped the payment gateway. You chat with us on WhatsApp, we confirm the model + plan + price, you pay any way we both agree on, and we manually activate + deliver. A full self-serve checkout will be added later — but the WhatsApp flow stays as the primary ordering channel.
Are Free Trial Keys really available?
Yes — Free Trial Keys are available for most of our models. Ask on WhatsApp and we'll send you a trial key (typically 3 hours of access) so you can verify the model + endpoint + speed on your actual workload before purchasing. No credit card, no payment, no commitment.
Are these open-source / open-weights models?
Yes — every model currently on we64.com has open weights you can verify yourself (DeepSeek, Moonshot, Alibaba, Zhipu, Microsoft). We do NOT resell closed-source APIs like Claude, GPT, Gemini, ElevenLabs, or Perplexity. We don't claim to have every open-source model in existence — only the specific flagships listed in our catalog. If you need a model not listed, ask on WhatsApp.
Are the API endpoints OpenAI-compatible?
Yes — and they're also Anthropic-compatible. We support three endpoint styles with the same API key + base URL (https://api.we64.com/v1): 1. /v1/chat/completions — standard OpenAI Chat Completions API 2. /v1/responses — newer OpenAI Responses API 3. /v1/messages — Anthropic Messages API (drop-in for @anthropic-ai/sdk) Use whichever your SDK / tool calls. No separate Anthropic key needed.

What is your refund / replacement policy?
Refund windows depend on the plan you purchase, since all products are digital (API access): • Monthly plans: 3-day refund window from activation • Weekly plans: 2-day refund window from activation • Daily plans: no refund (too short to assess fairly — use a Free Trial Key first) If your key doesn't work as described, contact us within the refund window for your plan — we'll investigate and either replace the key or issue a refund based on fair-usage assessment. Will you add non-AI products in the future?
Yes. Right now we64.com focuses on AI API access (unlimited-token weekly/monthly plans). In the near future we will add other digital products — per-API priced video generation models like Seedance and Kling, plus other reliable digital products.
